OUR PORTING & LNP SERVICES
The information below provides everything needed to begin the porting of telephone numbers and services to VoIP Route.
GENERAL LNP AGREEMENT
This is the general use LNP Agreement which applies to most porting scenarios. The majority of all port requests use this form.
WHOLESALE BULK LNP
This is a wholesale bulk LNP Agreement, which requires a minimum of 50 numbers porting at the same time.
SPECIAL PORT SUBMISSION
This is a specialized form which requires an Authorization Code sent by VoIP Route. A General LNP Agreement is also required when using this form.
PORTING FAQ's
Porting is the transfer of a phone number between two service providers. If you have an existing number you would like to keep, you can initiate a port request and assign it to VoIP Route. If you are new to the porting process, please read below for a quick overview.
PORTING POLICY AGREEMENT
All users that want to submit and proceed with any porting requests to VoIP Route, must review and agree to all of the following Porting Policies. By initiating a port you acknowledge you have read, agree and are obligated by these policies

We provide a fast and efficient porting process and we make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible. Due to the complexity of porting we cannot guarantee it will be completed on a specific date until you receive your FOC (Firm Order Commitment).
